As I keep mentioning, I have been NESTING (like crazy!!
AND...
Recently I finished up the laverie!
I was very inspired by a bathroom I pinned on PINTREST
and I am quite pleased with the outcome!
I painted a couple different colors before falling love with
Valspar's Gardner Green in a semi gloss.
John installed the bead board and trim!
The cute little chandelier was a good find by my Mom
at a local antique store.
I revamped it with a quick cleaning, some different beads, and rose inspired backplate.
I made this little doll shoe with some vintage elements and a DREAM banner.
I went with a little bit of a shabby vintage baby feel for the laverie
as I was gifted this incredible box of baby clothes.
The baby clothes were my Grandmother Leona's and I love them.
They were to be for Swan, it is an honor to have them!
The baby clothes are hung on hangars that I made from twigs, wire, millinery and vintage elements!
Aren't they adorable?
I then organized and decorated the closet
and labeled the dirty clothes baskets!!
This way once the baby arrives it will be easier to do laundry,
Especially since I will be using cloth diapers and this will add to my laundry "to do"!
Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoyed my home renovations!
Happy Wash, Fold & Dry!
