I decided to do an Alice in Wonderland theme... go figure!! LOL. (I can't wait the movie is coming out this weekend... I've been waiting since forever!!)
Here are my first two squares for March 1st and March 2nd.
I've never stitched before so I am just finding my way... I am really having fun!! I have been admiring Joanna and Amy's stitching for over a year now!! I am hoping with Joanna's upcoming visit that she will share some of her secrets and tips with me...
The grid I am working on is pretty simple. 38 1" x 1" squares and one 2" x 2" square... equaling 39 (Amy's birthday year!!). I decided to put Alice in the big 2"x2" sqaure. The top hat is in the far left corner!

I am going to try to blog about the squares at least once a week if not two... you know how life gets in the way somedays!!
